We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

 
• be unused and in its original condition,
 
• be returned in the original packaging,
 
• include proof of purchase or the order number.

To start a return, email info@valiessa.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or local law requires otherwise.

Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items: Personalized items, gift cards, digital products, and hygiene-related items that have been opened or used are not returnable unless defective.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
